We work as facilitators in coordinating and orchestrating work across sectors, functions, and skills to develop programs that are tested and scalable.
At Metta we believe that to address the world’s greatest challenges we need to collaborate and coordinate amongst the passionate, hardworking, tenacious actors that are already doing the work.

Facilitate
Facilitate, coordinate, and orchestrate work across sectors, functions, and skills to develop programs that are tested and scalable. Our process tests programs and products, it also tests partnerships.
Analyze
Analyze the landscape of organizations that are doing the work solving the problem we seek to solve - we look for grassroots organizations, government players, individual entrepreneurs, academics, and the like who are seeking to solve this challenge.
Identify
Identify how those organizations face challenges in working together and their respective goals.
Conduct
Conduct empathetic research with prospective partners and communities to frame the problem space and work with partners to develop a shared language around the problem and how we can tactically work together to solve it.
Develop
Develop a set of assumptions around partnership models and call on partners to share cross-functional and cross-sectoral programs, and our roles in building it, with communities.
